November continues to be a busy month over in Fundamentally FIT Towers.

I have been presenting up in Stansted at the BNT Nutrition Academy, Working with an amazing bunch of people taking part in our Five Day Diet Reclaim Challenge as well as supporting many new clients onto our online coaching platform.

Stopping to take a breath has not been easy, but I have been having an absolute blast these past few weeks.
