Meet The Coach

Andy Strong

When I established Fundamentally FIT I had a simple desire to help people remove the daily confusion surrounding health, fitness and most importantly nutrition.  Our in-depth nutrition education forms the foundation of everything we do and is the secret to our client's long-term success.

Having struggled with my own weight growing up I understand how frustrating weight loss and lifestyle change can be. I have spent many years on my own journey and I have had the privilege of helping many people just like you take the important steps needed to become confident and self-sufficient for the future, finally turning your back on the unhealthy diets that make us all so unhappy.
