Our goal at Fundamentally FIT is simple, remove the confusion surrounding health, fitness, and nutrition, allowing our clients to be the best version of themselves possible.

Too often we see people struggle with balancing family life, work, and business commitments. The outcome is nearly always the same, An Erratic lifestyle, feeling out of control and the associated poor food and exercise choices which compound the situation.

Through our health first approach, comprehensive nutrition education, and tailored exercise programs we aim to provide our clients with the tools for their long-term success and lifestyle transformation. We coach clients 1-2-1, online and in our live workshops. We only look to work with those who are ready to make real change and take back control of their diet, health, and lifestyle for the long term.

    This is an excellent choice if you need to build a routine in both diet and exercise, you would like to try new things or you want to train in privacy where you can focus solely on your goals. Our most immersive program option.

  • Blueprint - Online Nutrition Coaching Course

    An Online six-month course covering all aspects of your diet and lifestyle change. Online videos, downloadable success tools and fortnightly or weekly 1-2-1 coaching calls. everything you need to know without it taking over your life. Great for busy individuals.

    Our workshops offer a small group format of typically 5-8 people (no weigh-ins) and a fun interactive learning environment. Ask questions, learn new skills and take control of your life. From one-off workshops to our twelve-week program, this is a great choice if you like learning in a group or if you would like to bring along friends or family.

Andy Strong

When I established Fundamentally FIT I had a simple desire to help people remove the daily confusion surrounding health, fitness and most importantly nutrition.  Having struggled with my own weight growing up I understand how frustrating weight loss and lifestyle change can be.

Everyone is individual and at Fundamentally FIT that is exactly how you are treated. I can't wait to help you start your journey and look forward to speaking with you in a consultation soon.
